The Boston Z Bar hanging strip allows you to hang heavy picture frames, artwork and mirrors. It is also excellent for fixings TVs, cabinets, and cupboards to the wall. METALCITI systems are made from high-quality aluminium, so it’s durable and reliable. It has an innovative Z-shaped design. That helps simplify the installation process. It also offers a secure grip between the strips. Boston profile is great for interior installations. In terms of size, it has a 6mm projection (depth) and a 9mm lift-off (interlock).

Installation – please read
The Z Bar Hanger is designed for flexible installation. This limited time offer is for a pair, 2 strips. You can combine two strips of the same length for a uniform and centred hold (e.g. 1200mm on 1200mm), or to use two strips of different lengths to accommodate unusual or custom-sized items (e.g. 2 x 300mm on 1200mm). This flexibility ensures you can get a secure and balanced fit for a wide variety of frames, mirrors, or panels, even if they have unique dimensions. You can also cut Z bar strips into shorter lengths if needed. This strip comes without holes to offer better flexibility as holes can be drilled to match the project requirements.
Maximum capacity
Please note this is the maximum weight the clips and strips can take, not the wall or fixings (screws, plugs). In most cases fixings will let go before the clips and strips fail. Therefore when hanging heavy items, please ensure that fixings and the wall itself can support the weight of your item (mirror, picture, artwork etc).
