Please note this is the maximum weight the clips and rails can take, not the wall or fixings (screws, plugs). In most cases fixings will let go before the clips and rails fail. Therefore when hanging heavy items, please ensure that fixings and the wall itself can support the weight of your item (mirror, picture, artwork etc).
